To rent a luxury car in Dubai, you’ll need a valid driver’s license recognized in the UAE, a passport copy, and a credit card. In most cases, your home-country license works, but some nationalities must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Our vehicles are strictly for use within the UAE. Unauthorized border crossings breach our terms and may incur penalties.

Our vehicles come with a full tank and must be returned that way; otherwise, a refueling fee applies. Rentals include an ample daily mileage allowance, with extra miles incurring additional charges.

For most of our vehicles, drivers must be at least 21 years old.

To modify or cancel a reservation, simply contact our customer service team. Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, an additional fee may apply.

Vehicles are rented on a 24-hour basis with a 60-minute grace period for returns. After one hour, hourly rates apply. After three hours, a full-day charge applies. No grace period applies to surcharges or optional extras, late returns on these also incur a full-day fee.

You can usually extend your rental if the car isn’t already reserved for someone else. If it is, you can swap to another available model. Rates stay the same if it’s within the same category; otherwise, pricing adjusts accordingly. For availability, just contact our support or sales team.
